Ilona Stachowiak

Ilona is a highly experienced diamond and gemstone specialist with over nine years of expertise in the jewellery and gemmology trade. Based in Warwickshire, Ilona provides professional jewellery appraisal and valuation services across the Midlands, including Warwick, Oxford, the Cotswolds, and surrounding areas.

Ilona began her journey in the jewellery and gemmology field in 2015. She is a Diamond Member (DGA) of the Gemmological Association of Great Britain (Gem-A) and has also achieved her practical certification for the Fellowship of the Gemmological Association (FGA) from the same prestigious institution. In addition, Ilona has been an Applied Jewellery Professional (AJP) from Gemological Institute of America (GIA) since 2020. Further demonstrating her dedication to excellence, she graduated with First-Class Honours in Gemmology and Jewellery in 2023.

With extensive experience gained from working in an antique and pre-loved jewellery shop, Ilona has developed a deep understanding of jewellery valuations, customer needs, and the nuances of the trade. Her empathetic yet professional approach ensures clients receive expert advice for a variety of valuation purposes, including insurance, probate, and the division of assets.
