Unfortunately, there has been an increasing number of fraudulent attempts where scammers impersonate JAS or our staff to gain financial advantage. These scams may involve fraudulent communications that appear to come from JAS or our partners, using publicly-available information or names of staff members. These attempts can include:

• Requests to redirect payments to unauthorised bank accounts.

• False claims about changes in our banking details or invoices.

• Emails or phone calls that may seem legitimate but seek to acquire financial information or direct funds to third parties.

In some cases, these fraudsters may intercept genuine communications or use "man-in-the-middle" tactics to alter payment instructions.

What to do if you suspect fraudulent communication from JAS:

• Verify the authenticity: If you receive any correspondence that claims to be from JAS or one of our staff members and you are uncertain about its legitimacy, please contact us directly using the details above or visit our official website to confirm the identity of the sender.

• Banking details: JAS will never notify you by phone or email that our bank account details have changed. If you are asked to make payments to a new bank account, always verify the details with us directly by calling our office. Do not rely solely on email or phone instructions.
